Outfit Of The Week 10/19/25 – 10/25/25

This week’s edition of “OOTW” is going to be a fast one!

Good lord has this been a rough week at work! It’s one of those weeks where you totally forget what day it is because they all run together in a seemingly endless loop of spreadsheets and meetings.

But the show (site) must go on! It’s important to stick to your commitments even though it might be difficult. And, honestly, tonight it’s a little difficult to open up my laptop and type away after staring at my work computer all day.

But this site is important to me. And when things are important, you need to give them attention and love.

My outfit for this week needed to be tough enough to handle this hard week. That’s why I decided that my leather Schott Perfecto motorcycle jacket and steel-toed boots were in order!

It’s the first time I’ve worn this jacket this season. It was chilly and rainy and I felt like a kick-ass jacket was just the thing for helping me make it through the week.

With an item like this, people usually think they can’t wear it because they can’t “pull it off”. That’s baloney. You’ll never pull it off if you never actually wear it! So, just wear it and guess what? Everything will be fine.

I always say I’d rather be the bold dad in the leather jacket than the timid, forgettable dad in the hoodie.

Life is too short to wear boring clothes. It’s too short to not wear cool, fun, exciting stuff!

Don’t wait for someone ELSE to be the adventurous one. Be someone else’s source of confidence.
